Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
For international deliveries, please contact us at orders@heavenlyfeather.co.za, we’re happy to assist with a quote.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
There’s no charge for collections from our factory.
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Not sure about the charges or have a special request? Email us at orders@heavenlyfeather.co.za, we’ll provide a custom quote.
All orders are subject to stock availability and full payment. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared. For remote areas not serviced by our courier, we’ll arrange PostNet delivery or quote accordingly.
All goods are shipped in excellent condition. Unless we’re advised otherwise, we will assume your order has been received in the same condition.
3. SHIPPING TIMING
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks from confirmation and payment for delivery.
Bespoke and made-to-order items may require additional time. You will be notified of any delays.
4. RETURNS
We take great pride in our quality. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, items may be returned within 8 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Conditions for returns:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition

Must include original packaging

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty
Items returned after this period will only be considered if found to be faulty and product care instructions have been properly followed.
We do not accept returns on:

Bedlinen because you have changed your mind

Custom-made items

Last of the Bestsellers or discontinued items
Heavenly Feather reserves the right to submit returned items for independent testing if a fault is disputed.
In such cases, refunds or exchanges will only be processed once testing is complete. If testing shows misuse or misrepresentation, costs will be charged to the purchaser. Buyers may also choose to have further independent testing conducted.
All approved returns will incur a 25% handling fee.
Deliveries and Collections

Delivery Fees
Heavenly Feather Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for the transportation of goods, including any delivery that is cancelled after dispatch. Delivery costs will be clearly reflected on your invoice. -
Collection Option
You may choose to collect your order from one of our distribution centres or a Heavenly Feather store, subject to product availability and location. We will advise accordingly. -
Inspection Upon Receipt
Please inspect all goods upon delivery or collection. Your acceptance of the goods will be taken as confirmation that you are satisfied with their type, quality, and condition. -
Risk and Responsibility
Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection of the goods. If you or your representative collects an order, Heavenly Feather Pty Ltd accepts no liability for damage or loss thereafter. We strongly encourage inspection of goods before leaving our premises. -
Delivery Details
The details of your delivery, including date, location, and the appointed delivery partner, will be shared with you in advance for full transparency and peace of mind. -
